1. Account Registration

To access our courses, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Course Access and Licensing

Upon purchasing a course, AIprep grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes. All content remains the property of AIprep.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials with anyone else.
Reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, subtitle, or transfer any course content.
Use the platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the platform.

4. Payments and Access

All pricing is subject to change. Upon enrollment, students receive instant lifetime access to course content. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

5. Intellectual Property

The platform and its original content (including text, graphics, logos, video, and audio) are the property of AIprep and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIprep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform; or (b) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
